A New Species of Vaccinium L. (Ericaceae) from India

Abstract

Vaccinium amakhangium Panda & Sanjappa (Ericaceae) is described as new from the inaccessible region of Nagaland in India. The new species is compared with its close ally, V. lamellatum P. F. Stevans and both are suitably illustrated including micro morphological details of pollen grains under SEM.
