A new species of Cynometra L. (Leguminosae: Detarioideae) from Karnataka, India

Abstract

A new species of Cynometra from Western Ghats, Karnataka, India, is described as C. sampathkumaraniana. It is apparently endemic to Karnataka (Dakshina Kannada, Uttara Kannada and Shivamogga districts), India.
