Three new records of threatened Ficus sp. (Moraceae) in a subtropical region of Tripura, India

Abstract

The new distributional records of Ficus caulocarpa (Miq.) Miq., Ficus sagittata Vahl, and Ficus subulata Blumeare reported here to the North-eastern state of Tripura. The taxonomic description with field photographs, distribution map, and habitat of the species are provided and assessed the present IUCN status for the geographical boundaries of Tripura state.
