Eragrostis papposa (Poaceae: Eragrostideae): an addition to the grass flora of Eastern India

Abstract

Eragrostis papposa (Roem. & Schult.) Steud. (Poaceae) is communicated here as a new record for Eastern India based on the collection made from Balurghat, West Bengal. In depth description, illustrations along with short notes on habitat information, phenology and distribution are put forward in the presentdocumentation.
